Tommy McCoy, and I’m from
Central Arkansas. I’ve been blessed to be married to my beautiful wife, Erin, for over 10 years. When we first met, we talked about everything — love, family, dreams. I learned early on that her dad, who had been an incredible father figure, was living in an assisted living facility. She only got to speak to him a few times a month, and rarely saw him. Between his memory issues and daily challenges, their connection just wasn’t the same anymore.
He was the kind of dad we all hope to be — school drop-offs, surprise breakfasts, finding a way to get her that new toy or Game Boy, no matter what. But then one day, he passed away unexpectedly.
I’ll never forget the moment my wife clutched her phone and played one of the only voicemails she still had of him. That message — just his voice — became her lifeline in grief. And that moment planted a seed in me.
As a father to three daughters (ages 14, 9, and 1½), I often think about how they see me — like Superman. And God forbid something ever happened to me… I want to be there for them in every season of life. Every birthday. Every graduation. We help you record heartfelt video messages for your loved ones — covering important life moments like birthdays, graduations, tough times, and more. The videos are organized and stored in a custom device placed inside a beautifully crafted Legacy Chest to be treasured for years.
2. Do I need to prepare anything before the session?
Nope! We handle everything. Once you book your session, we’ll talk with you to understand your goals and then come fully prepared with the right questions and prompts to guide the experience. You just show up and be yourself.
3. What if I get nervous or emotional?
That’s completely normal — and honestly, it’s what makes these videos powerful. Most people feel nervous at first, but within a few minutes, you’ll feel at ease. We’re here to guide you with care and patience, and we’re really good at making it feel natural.
4. Can I record private messages?
Yes. If there’s something you want to say privately, just let us know. We’ll step out of the room, and you can mark that section “private.” We’ll trim the beginning and end without ever watching it — ensuring privacy while still preserving your message.
5. What if I only want to record for one person?
Totally fine. Whether it’s for your child, your spouse, your grandkids, or even your future great-grandchildren — this is your legacy. We tailor each session to your unique wishes.
6. How is the final product delivered?
Your recorded messages are edited, organized, and stored on a secure USB drive inside a fire & waterproof Legacy Chest. It’s something your family can keep forever — safe, simple, and timeless.
7. Do you travel to me?
Yes! We come to you. We currently serve Central Arkansas and surrounding areas. If you're outside our 70-mile radius, a small travel fee may apply — we’ll discuss that during your booking call.
8. Is this only for older people?
Not at all. While many clients are leaving messages for their families later in life, we've worked with parents, young adults, and even people creating something just in case. It's never too early to protect your legacy.
9. Can I order this for someone else like my mom to do?
Yes! Absolutely you can. We talk about that on the call when we assess your needs. We can even do a call and go over with them the process, make them feel comfortable, and answer any questions. We understand how important this is for you to have this.
10. I’m concerned about safety — who exactly is coming to my home or my loved one’s?
We take your safety seriously. If you’re worried, just let us know — we’re happy to provide a full background check for the person scheduled to visit. We want you and your loved ones to feel completely secure and confident.
